Hello,
Thanx For the reply to my previous question.Now I am doing the BPSK MODEM circuit.After the BPSK modulated signal is got,in demodulation process I need to to square the bpsk signal and then put a PLL.But the signal having phase changes is properly squared by a CHIP AD633 that I am using.So PLL is not able to lock properly.Can you suggest me a good analog squaring circuit or suggect any good method to do squaring.I have an idea of first using a A/D converter and then doing frequency multiplication. I am working on it.Plz let me know if u have any suggessions regarding..so that my PLL will work by in certain band of IFs.
