Now , could some one avail me information as to how one may set out to start ISP provider Business- I mean before contacting Space segment and International Bw providers.
Example: if one is based in Central Africa- after Idenntifying the need- A Satellite company says it offers say 64 kbps, or just XX MHz BW -with x $$$ a month etc , etc.
Assuming one has both C-band and K band covered-what is the criteria for chosing either of these bands-and how many Telephones and Pc's may one conect to a given Capacity say 64 Kbps in the above case or as the case may be.
I need this information to have a clear idea prior to contacting a space segment provider - a sort of synchronisation when I start negotiating!!- I already have some knowledge on transmition systems.
