I have to make a simulation of drm(digital radio mondiale) with matlab(simulink) which use cofdm and
mpeg4-celp layer.but i have 2 problems:
1-i have no idea how can i simulate the mpeg4 encoder/decoder
2-i want to use real sound(wave file or microphon)
instead of random bits.but it seems to be incompiable
