polinomials for convolution coding

I have read tutorial : Coding and decoding with Convolutional Codes.
On page 2 there is table for polinomials for good rate 1/2 codes. It's written that Peterson and Weldon's book contains a complet list of polinoms.
Because I'm from Slovenia I don't have acces to this book. If you have that list or you can get it (maybe scan it from book), please contact me.You can write me a note or write me email: [e-mail]
