I have a FSK modulated sine wave, where a binary 1 is modulated as 1400 Hz and a binary 0 is modulated as 1800 Hz. Each bit is transmitted for 22ms. I would like to write a demodulator to recover the original information (or data) present in the signal. How should I do that? Please help me.

Could any body help me how to post a new question? I want to ask people about the relationship between Shannon capacity formula and modulation and coding scheme. As i understand that Shannon capacity formula limits the throughput over a wireless fading channel, so what is the relationship between that and modulation and coding, where each waveform can represent different number of bits ?
