Is there a graph or anything else which describe the relation between "Reliability" and "BER"
When there is "Divesity" the "Fading" is existing and shall be considered. How to calculate it ?
Regarding to "Link Budget"...it is customary to take value of Eb/No and NOT S/N !!!...But as it is known, the signal reaches to Detector (for example to A/D...), and in this case, is being taking S/N...if so, what right is to take ?
