hi i need some clarifications in how the table 5 was obtained in Maximum likelihood and viterbi decoding topic under the Tutorial 12 - Convolutional Coding and Decoding Made Easy.
I need to implement a viterbi decoder in c code.
Any help in understanding the viterbi decode will be appreciated

can i get the matlab program that converts an input binary sequence into a turbo coded sequence???
