Implement FSK modulation Using digital Circuit

Hi
I'm a hardware engineering.
As i know, FSK is a potion of analog circuit.
Some said FSK can be implemented by digital circuit.
Now I'm planing to implement a FSK modulation by using Verilog.
Which algorithms and hardware architecture do i have to use?
can you show top block diagram of top architecture of FSK?
