This is my Eldorado since i have started to make searches about PR signalling explanations fund on books or internet are so blurry....
Hopefully yours are perfect !
However I just want to say that there is a copy paste mistake on page 15 about precoding PR target :
Under Without Decoding rule you wrote
If y=-2 then bit = 1 **** here is the mistake y=2
If y=-2 then bit = 0
Few lines after
Under With Decoding rule
If y=-2 then bit=0 *** here is the same mistake y=2
If y=-2 then bit=0
If y=1 *** here is another mistake it should be if y=0 then bit=1 but we understand that clearly with the example!!!!
