Error in Tutorial 12?

In the tutorial about convolutional encoding:

In figure 8 I think there’s an error in the output from state 111 when the input is 1 I think it should be 01 instead of 11

In page 12 line 20 “now in state 111” I think it should be “now in state 100”

In Figure 9 , in the coding path state 010 is written 011

In Figure 10 in state 111 the last arrow getting out from the state when input is zero is going to state 110 I think it should go to state 011



In page 20 you indicate that the hamming distance is just the dot product between the received codeword and the allowable codeword , but If I apply dot product on Table 5 I can’t get the results in the table, Do you have any explanation How did you calculated this values ?And how to apply it in soft decision decoding?
