In Page 33, While explaining 8-PSK Q and I channels, right after figure 38 we have the symbols sequence S8,S6,S6,S6,S6,S2...
where their values of I and Q channels don't match the definition of the (table 3) above, where we have values varying from 0, +/-1 and +/-1.414.
What I mean is, where does the +/-0.707 Value of I Channel come from?
Where is that table 4 that was cited and is said to be above?
