Dear charan ,
Please help me by providing me a link or one of your tutorials if any on continuous phase frequency shift keying.
also i have previously asked for your help in DPSK simulation using matlab ( matlab functions can be used) please help me and provide me the corresponding literature that can help me in this respect

Continuous phase frequency shift keying - Try looking up MSK (Minimum Shift Keying).

A direct quote from the tutorial on FSK:
"Minimum Shift Keying, another special form of FSK (also called Continuous phase FSK or CPSFK)..." (pg 17)
