I have just added Part 3 of Turbo decoding using MAP algorithm.

I plan on keeping adding new materials. I am sure I will not run out of new topics to write about.

So thank you for your comment. Yes, I will keep writing these in the near future. But since I have a full time job, it takes me a long time to write one of these tutorials.
