hey guys i'm confused with data rate and bandwidth. how can one know the data rate that he can achieve with the bandwidth what he got. plz explain with the given info

The number of symbols one can transmit in 28 Mhz is equal to
28/1.25 = 22.4 Msymbols/sec
- the factor .25 is the roll-off factor of a RRC pulse shape which is assumed to shape the square pulses.
Since QPSK has 2 bits per symbol, we get 44.8 Mbits/sec
