Hi,
In the QPR tutorial it is stated that the resulting waveform is constant envelope. I don't see how this can be the case because of the contellation point at 0 (for the 9QPR example). It seems to me that, since the zero point occurs with the highest probability (any time you have a transition in both the I and Q data streams), a significant percentage of the time there is no power being transmitted. Can someone please elaborate?
