I have some remarks. At page 6 is described how to create the G matrix. It is not clear to me. I think there could be an in the last three bits of the last row. Maybe They might be 011. Then table V has something strange. Before it is written that the syndrome gives the position of the wrong bit. But why for example for the bit three we have the syndrome 100. same as for bit 4 and 6. I think it is an error because in the example in which the syndrome is 110 it might be 100 from multiplication above. Regarding the formalism of multiplication, to make row by column product the coded word might be written as a column vector( the number of columns of the first matrix might equal the number of rows of the second one I remember). I don't now if these remarks are right or maybe I don't remember well something.
