When will the Chapters 24 and 25 on Turbo Codes and Equalizers will be published?

I have written most of the Turbo code (it is Feb 2nd today.) I had a very hard time with it. I wanted to make it simple but it is not easy to make it simple. I will begin to posting it soon (in about a couple of weeks). I would be interested in hearing how accessible it is.
