Simulink PLL

I'm designing a PLL on Simulink to track the phase and frequency of the incoming modulated signal(FM). I figured out how to track the phase when I just input a Sine with the same frequency as the VCO. (easy!)

BUT, I need to track also frequency which I don't know yet how to do.

Any Suggestions?

I 've tried a loop filter with what I think is an integrating part but I don't understand how to select the coefficients of the filter.
