I really like the site, but got baffled by the equation and graph on page 10 of Tutorial 14.
There is something wrong with the equation given for the time domain representation of an impulse filtered by a raised cosine filter. When I try to plot it I get something which is clearly wrong. I think the 2.pi.a.t in the cos term should at least be 2.pi.a.t/Ts .... but that still does not give a sensible plot.
Also, fig 12 is really not very helpful in its present form. It shows alpha varying, but something else is varying too. Changing alpha should not change the zero crossing points.
Please could you clarify what's going on.
