i'm trying to design an QAM_OFDM for 40Gbps system.when the output of QAM sequence generator(Mary-Inphase and M-ary quadrature) is given to M-ary pulse generator,is the output obtained orthogonal.
Also if a sequence length of 1024(global parameter of optisym)is undergone 4-QAM.what will be the length of sequence coming out of the M-ary pulse generator.How this 1024 bits are mapped on to 16constellation points.
how is the frquencing spacing between the subcarriers calculated.any specific formula?
